On the basis of article 84 paragraph 1 of the Law of Public Offering of Securities, The Board of Directors of Neo London Capital JLC at a meeting held on 14.12.2015 hereby announces the extension of bookbuilding and application period for the Company’s Initial Public Offering on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, approved by The Financial Supervision Commission with decision № 514 – E from 19.06.2015 and Decision № 862-E from 02.11.2015. The bookbuilding period for the institutional offering is increased with 60 (sixty) days and will now end on 19.02.2016 as well as the application period.
